I struggled for a long time with the decision of starting with an inflatable vs a traditional big heavy hot tub. I'm very glad that we went with this one-- space saving-- looks great-- performs great. I almost couldn't be any happier. Install was super easy. The material is very heavy and durable. You can sit on the edge, it's a brute. The fact that it's 120 means it can't heat %26 put out bubbles at the same time. This was a hesitation point but in the end it did not become a problem/factor so far. It warms over a period of hours, not minutes, so having the heat off for 30 minute increments may drop the temp 1-3 degrees at most. It's been inconsequential. Learning to manage the water has been fun. The pump is not too loud. I don't love the app, it could benefit from a lot of visual and functional improvments, but it does work, does not crash and meets minimum functionality requirements. If I had it to do again, I may have wished to go a bit bigger. This says 4-6 people, but I am happy to have it all to myself. It's ideal for 2 people. You could fit more in there but your water is going to be overflowing! I put down 1" exercise / weight room puzzle mat under it, which really helps it retain heat. I also purchased a solar cover for it which I keep under the cover as an additonal layer, and sometimes throughout the days I keep only the solar cover on it. The snaps are very secure around it. There is no way a kid could unsnap those things, barely any adults I know can do it. I wish it had some built in lighting options or a track that I could upgrade with lighting. After installing this near an outdoor pavilion, I loved it so much that I took the opportunity to really tune the area to a vacation vibe with permanent eaves lighting, some solar lights and other items. The sound of the bubbling and the smell of the water alone is enough to trigger my vacation vibes. I start relaxing right away. AHHHHHH I wish I had purchased one years ago. It's agreed that there is now no need for a bigger/heavier/more permanent one. This one is juuuuuust right.

I have this tub. Purchased it not on sale 10/21/2024, still going strong today, 5/12/2025. That is 568 days or about a year and a half. Placed on almost level back of house wooden deck with half inch pads under it. It has never moved since installed. Has been full of water and 104 degrees every single day, winter, spring, summer, fall, and winter again. Colorado winter with temperatures as low as ten below zero (-10 F). Changed the water and rechem every 90 to 100 days or so. Minor issues. Small leaks easy to remedy. Pump died. They shipped me a new pump free. The top has a few holes now because of hail and age. Not as thermally insulated as when new. Absolutely needs a new top inflatible stretch and over cover ASAP. I sit in it at least 4 times a week, sometimes for hours, wife loves it, she lets me spend this money on it. If it dies today I would salvage parts for spares and go buy a new one immediately. Spent less than a dollar a day cost over time. Another $1.15 average for electricity. Another 75 cents a day average for chemicals and other supplies. Total Spent $1,020.01 630.76 of electricity = $1650.77 divided by 568 days = $2.91. Just under three dollars a day. Worth every penny. Electricity usage, hot tub plugged in to KILL A WATT meter the entire time, total 4852 kWh, times 13 cents per kWh = $630.76 over 568 days = $1.11 per day for electricity. So electricity accounts for almost half the cost of owning and maintaining and using this hot tub.

We've had our SaluSpa Corsica for about 5 months now. I can't tell you how much use we get out of it and how much joy it has brought us. To be honest, you can only get 3 adults it in comfortably. But it just me and my wife so we're very pleased with how comfortable it is. It fits perfectly on the screen porch just out our back door. We get the benefit of having it outside, but we don't get the bugs because of the screen porch. If you're sitting on the fence about buying one of these, take the plunge and get it, you'll be very happy you did. It is very well made and assembly is very easy.

My husband really wanted a big hot tub, but I didn't. We compromised with this one so that we would have the ability to put it away if we weren't planning to use it in summer. I was a little nervous to get an inflatable hot tub because I didn't know how strong the walls would be. They are much sturdier than I expected. So far, we've had it for a few weeks, and have really enjoyed it. The set-up was easy and fairly quick. We filled it using a hose with a filter attached at the end and I would highly recommend going that route. We originally filled it without the added hose filter, drained it, then refilled it with the filter on the hose because the chemicals wouldn't balance (due to issues with the water) the first time around. We now have a fully balanced hot tub and it's been fantastic. My only complaint is that when the bubbles are on, it pulls air from outside and isn't able to heat that air to the same temperature of the water. This causes fairly rapid cooling maybe 3 or 4 degrees any time we have the bubbles running for longer than 10 minutes. Overall, I would recommend it :).

This is my 2nd saluspa. Last years purchase didnt last even a year. Pump problems within 3 months and then a pin hole leak. I had a Coleman 6 yrs ago lasted 3 yrs then pump issues. I hope i get 2 yrs with this but not holding my breath.

I would recommend this to everyone, just couple of things to note, the interior color of this pool is dark so water would look darker, I wish they had made it white or blue. Second thing is there is no light within the hot tub so you might want to buy separate accessory for led lighting. Rest you will really enjoy the hot tub. For heating it takes like 2-3 degrees to increase per hour, roughly it takes like 3-4 hours for us to make water luke warm.

We have had regular spa's in the past and enjoyed, moved again and instead of spending thousands we bought this one at sams. For the price it is not bad, our 5 year old granddaughter calls it the hot swimming pool. She loves it. The jets are air only and it is outside temp air so cools the water very fast. We started a chair workout program after xmas and wanted something to relax in after workouts. This works very well for a hot relaxing water soak for sore muscles, just do not use the air jets. we are 78 and 73 years old. It was delivered, we moved it on a four wheel dolly to back covered pato. The tub was easy to lay out and blow up and easy for the two of us to move around and hook up controls.. I used two sheats of one inch Styrofoam wall board taped together on the concrete floor to place it on, after placing and filling with water I cut excess foam board off leaving a four inch outside base all the way around except where the controls set, they are still on the foam board. The cover is not the best, has a blow up center that we have had to blow back up, the plug came out removing or placing back on tub, I used my shop air hose instead of the pump in the control unit..did not want to unhook it. overall, pleased with it, but it is more of a hot water soaker tub then a spa. Yes, you need chemicals for it, we use the Bromine instead of chlorine.

We’ve had nothing but trouble with this hot tub. We keep getting the EO two error code change the filter. New filter won’t stay connected to your cell phone. Our heating pump went out not a very good hot tub, but Sam’s Club was amazing and gave us our full refund back.

Terrible product it should be removed from their website, do not buy specially online been having problems with the return and getting my money back since they don’t want me to drop it off at the currier location they want me to wait for them to pick it up, I’m disappointed the huttub only worked for 1 day and that was it … I will give it a 0 if I could and I’m never buying online from Sam’s Club!

had this for less than 3 weeks, received E02 error on pump, contacted the company Bestway, told me to file a warranty claim. sent out a bew pump, had this o e for less than 72 hours and it to is erroring with E02 error. price is good. but I am thinking this product is no good. the obviously has flaws with the pump assembly.
