Love this brand. My hot tub is three years old now. This summer will be yr=ear four. No issues with pump or plumbing. No leaks from fittings after drain and clean. Drain once after summer for winter. I'm in North Florida so I can still use in winter. It's on my enclosed sunporch. Motor runs entire winter for outdoor cat to come in opening when cold to lay on cover when it's cold. Temperature set at 95. Year round. No issues. Check your water at least monthly or every three weeks. Maintain correct balance you should not have any problems. It's man made I know. I guess I have one made in middle of week. It's great. Temperature is maintained correctly by the heater. I change the filter regularly and check chlorine tablets.

We purchased this inflatable hot tub in February and used it till the end of May and then drained and put up for the summer. We have had set up again for about 6 weeks. First, set up was fairly easy as for as the hot tub, but we were not able to get it connected to the Wi-Fi on the first attempt but haven't tried again since it is a non issue for us. The Wi-Fi instructions are not clear and I am sure I can research and find better instructions. I have been trying for several years to talk my husband into buying one and when he finally got it and set it up he said he was sorry for putting it off for so long. The bubbles are much stronger than we anticipated and the temperature holds even between 102-104 even when very cold outside. The inflatable top keeps the heat inside well and is easily removed by one person. There is some padding on the bottom of the hot tub but we purchased the squares pictured for added padding and it works great! Overall, my husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the hot tub and recommend it.

I was very skeptical about this Inflatable Hot Tub at it was on Sale for $349 . Gave it a try .. it took 30 minutes to set up and another hour to fill it up with water. waited 24 hours for the water to get to 104F 40C. love the feature of using your app to control the water temperature and turn it on or off and filter the water... I was very impressed of the jets and the whole experience so far ... my neighbor has a build in Jacuzzi and it cost him $75K And it does the exact same thing .. Highly Recommend..NOT GETTING PAID TO GIVE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THIS PRODUCT

My husband really wanted a big hot tub, but I didn't. We compromised with this one so that we would have the ability to put it away if we weren't planning to use it in summer. I was a little nervous to get an inflatable hot tub because I didn't know how strong the walls would be. They are much sturdier than I expected. So far, we've had it for a few weeks, and have really enjoyed it. The set-up was easy and fairly quick. We filled it using a hose with a filter attached at the end and I would highly recommend going that route. We originally filled it without the added hose filter, drained it, then refilled it with the filter on the hose because the chemicals wouldn't balance (due to issues with the water) the first time around. We now have a fully balanced hot tub and it's been fantastic. My only complaint is that when the bubbles are on, it pulls air from outside and isn't able to heat that air to the same temperature of the water. This causes fairly rapid cooling maybe 3 or 4 degrees any time we have the bubbles running for longer than 10 minutes. Overall, I would recommend it :).

Does not get hot not even warm! I called the number to asked for help and the rep said they are having problems with the pump not heating up.

biggest challenge is learning how to manage the chemicals. once you get that down you got it, just keep it maintained. Super strong walls, was pleasantly supprised how much quality for the price.

This is my 2nd saluspa. Last years purchase didnt last even a year. Pump problems within 3 months and then a pin hole leak. I had a Coleman 6 yrs ago lasted 3 yrs then pump issues. I hope i get 2 yrs with this but not holding my breath.

It was easy to setup and I liked to control it from an app. Now, a few months late, the pump is very noisy, and it's now losing air. When I opened the cap to add more air to it, water came out. Not a good sign. There's nothing I can do at this point but throw it out and try a different brand of spa
