This is because we pack enough chicken to meet a specific product weight, not a specific number of pieces. For planning purposes, we suggest members plan for 3-4 ounces of chicken, per adult, per serving, when buying chicken. On a positive note, with perforated pouches, members have the flexibility to use what’s needed today, while neatly and conveniently storing additional pouches for later, in their refrigerator or freezer.
