Until recently I mainly used chicken breasts when cooking various dishes. I like the breasts for this purpose but one has to be careful in the cooking process to not over cook them which results in a tougher piece of meat. Recently I turned to the boneless thighs as a substitute for the breasts. The thighs being dark meat produce a more tender result than the breasts providing they are also not overcooked. Using this batch of Sam's boneless chicken thighs I was able to make two-three dishes: 1)chicken with noodles and vegetables 2)chicken soup--my old standby and 3)a small stir fry dish. The thighs did not disappoint in any of the dishes and I will certainly use them again.

The product was very convenient to use. They had good flavor. The only thing I did not like about the product was the packaging. I thought it would be very convenient to use since it is in 4 sealed packages. There was only one perforation, and the sides were glued so I had to cut around the glue to use one package. It would be fine if you were going to use two packages.

I love that Sam's Club has changed their packaging! It is so convenient that their chicken is now divided into easy to freeze and separate packages. I bought 6 pounds of chicken thighs and it was evenly separated into 4 packages. I used what I needed and put the rest in the freezer. I always say I'm going to divide up the chicken into freezer bags, but never do. Then when I thaw it, I have to cook all of the meat and most of it goes to waste. Also, these chicken thighs are grass fed and are hormone free. They tasted delicious! This will be one of my new go to items at Sam's!

The chicken thighs were a little too thick and involved more prep. The flavor was as good as chicken could be. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the packaging was so hard to separate. The tacky tape holding the packaging together almost ripped the packages open.

I use chicken thighs for food for my little poodle who has a collapsing trachea. I tried breasts but too dry for her. I make it with chicken, brown rice,fresh spinach from Sam’s, blended very fine so she can eat with out choking.

There are good for dicing up for casseroles or stir fry. Not the greatest for grilling because there are usually 2 or 3 per pack that are in pieces smaller than a whole thigh. There are usually some bone ends in each pack too. I attribute both to the mechanical separation process. It seems to treat these thighs harsher than other brands. These thighs also seem to be smaller on average than other brands.

Four packages of roughly three thighs each. Was whole thighs mixed with thigh pieces. Meat quality was fine. If you are planning to cube the meat, a good choice. If you are relying on the meat as uniform-sized thighs, maybe not ideal due to some of the meat being pieces.

It’s time to grill! Member’s Mark Boneless skinless thighs and skirt steak. The Member’s Mark thighs are very larg, I lived them into three sections before marinating.

Chicken was tender and delicious. I especially enjoyed the way it was separately packaged into smaller portions, which made it more convenient to use only what was needed without thawing the entire package.

The Members Mark Chicken Thighs are always a great buy. They are very versatile and of good quality. Can never go wrong picking up a pack of this chicken.
