They are good for a quick protein bite not super sweet

These are peanut-buttery and my athlete son loves to have these about an hour before a game.

Perfect Pre-workout Fuel

They were hard as rocks. And almost at their expiration date. Basically not edible. Additionally, there’s no data as to if the oats used are glyphosate-free. Glyphosate is Round Up and oats are some of the worst culprits.

Won’t buy again

I thought these were tasty but really not much protein if you look at the number you have to eat to get the advertised amount. I thought they left an artificial sweetener aftertaste, but it could have been something else. I gave them to my gluten free DIL and she liked them.
