Taste like grass fed beef. It doesn’t have the marbling of non-grass fed, but it was delicious.

Some of the meat was a little tuff.

Package of two. One was very tender and flavorful the other had a lot of gristle.

Steaks look good in the package, but they were full of sinew and difficult to eat.
