Kind of grizzly. Not as good as the filet mignons

Just way too tough meat. Almost inedible and not worth the extra price

The steaks were very fibrous as though they were cut wrong. Maybe it was a bad patch of steaks.

Tough meat, billed as Filet Mignon in store. I did 5 minutes each side, pan fried.

Meat is tender, good flavor. Cooked in the air fryer turned out perfect

Happy to finally have good quality grass fed beef available at Sams

The price was right but it did not taste like steak.
