Way too much gristle. Not what I was expecting

Tenderized 24 hrs and still tough, for the price we were expecting much more

These steaks were horrible. No flavor and the fat was hard and did not make the steak juicy at all

I love the convenience of the packaging for freezing

I cook a lot of steak and never have I had such a tough and flavorless piece of meat

Taste is really good however cost kinda kills the deal 12.95 a pound is to expensive

Tough as an old leather boot stick with Sam's Angus Program better piece of meat than this garbage

Melt in your mouth very tender HAVE PURCHASED AGAIN!

Not as good as I had hoped and was of lower quality than the Choice meat.
