What a waste of $$. I bought the starter pack along with refills for both the wood floor and regular floor. I used the power mop two maybe three times and now when I press the button, I hear the motor but nothing comes out. Of course I already threw away my receipt so I'm just out!! Not happy at all!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

My NEW Swiffer Power Mop head does NOT look like the one in the video! IF it was the same perhaps the pads would actually adhere to the mop. I have had issues with my wet jet mop heads adhering & now they won't stay on my brand new power mop. I will be returning the power mop!

It was easy to put together and we were mopping the floors in no time. We have laminate floors throughout the house. It cleans perfectly and doesn't leave streak marks.

I purchased the PowerMop 2 weeks ago and actually love using it but just yesterday the power stopped working. I have swapped out the batteries, cleaned the nozzle, and replaced with a full bottle of cleaner but none of this has helped. It is now useless. Can you help me get a replacement??

The mop is easy to put together with simply a snap, and the batteries are included. It comes with a starter cleaner as well as cleansing cloths for the mop head. This little mop has a soft rubberized grip on the handle which makes holding onto it a breeze and it glides flawlessly across your surfaces. This mop does a wonderful job cleaning the entire area and the mop cleansing pads are strong and durable enough to get the toughest spots up. I have purchased one for my rv as well . So easy to use and convenient!

I love the ease of use of my sweeper power mop! Easy to set up/put batteries in then the bottle of cleaning solution and hit the power button and it sprays out the cleaning solution! So easy to use! Cleans better than a regular mop and easier on my back!

I had a swifter mop a long time ago but honestly wasn't impressed. They have come a long way. Super wide head for great floor coverage. The pads pick everything up with little effort.
