[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great mop. Although I must point out that it's incredibly similar to every other Swiffer mop I've ever used. At least it came with batteries. It's easy to assemble and so far has worked perfectly for my family.

Easy to use and doesn't take up much space when storing when not used. I will definitely be getting refills and using it a lot around the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked my swiffer wet jet, this power mop is so much better! It's larger in size and the pads have grippy, mop-like fibers on the bottom. The scent is great and really sticks around too. It was easy to assemble and came with the batteries, pads, and solution - everything needed to get started!

It's a great mop except for one flaw that destroys the whole thing. You have to assemble the handle. Ever since day one my handle does not stay together. So I'm left leaning over holding both parts together every time I mop. Otherwise I would love this mop.

My Swiffer Power mop handle broke after the first use, so every time I use the handle, it separates, making for a frustrating experience. The button that is supposed to keep the handle attached keeps coming apart. I would not recommend for the cost.

The easy to use mop heads pick up a lot because of the fridge and textur. The spray bottles are my favorite part. They don't leave a sticky residue and are not soapy.

I'm over 65 with shoulder issues, so it being lightweight was what got my attention. I wanted to love this product, but I would not recommend. Mop stop working after first bottle of solution used up. Changed batteries and nothing. Solution did not break down stains and dirt as advertised, so I had to work hard at scrubbing to get up dirt and stains. Couldn't find receipt so I didn't return

You have to insert the solution and press the button at the top to operate it. The only negative is the mop is less powerful. It doesn't seem to pick up all the dirt. I would recommend this Swiffer Multi Surface PowerMop for quick and easy cleaning.
