Had the old wet jet for many years loved it .never any issues . Bought the new one loved it also till I just bought a new bottle of cleaner and it won't lock into place . Tried everything and it won't lock . Have to hold it down, it wastes a lot of cleaner, very inconvenient. What a shame it's a good design .

I purchased the PowerMop 2 weeks ago and actually love using it but just yesterday the power stopped working. I have swapped out the batteries, cleaned the nozzle, and replaced with a full bottle of cleaner but none of this has helped. It is now useless. Can you help me get a replacement??

I have purchased 3 times the swiffer power mop. I love it. but when the first bottle empties and I put a new bottle in ..it does not click in at all. This is the 3rd one I've tried. I have exchanged the last 2 because of same issue. Not happy customer 😒

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm impressed with the larger mop head size, it covers alot more surface area. The sprayer no longer makes a noise, I'm not sure if I like that yet, I'm just so used to it making that humm when you push the button. I enjoy the slimmed down design of the mop and cleaner. And I always appreciate an all in one, ready to use kit. The fresh scent cleaner smells good and freshens the whole house nicely without being too overpowering. It cleaned pretty nicely, getting all the dirt up but leaving some residue behind. The mop pads were an improvement but not perfect. They gathered dirt pretty well and had some scrub to them but you have to saturate the floors to get them to spread it evenly without leaving stripes of wet and dry. I wish the cloth strips had more movement, I feel like they would do an even better job cleaning if they did. This Swiffer power mop does make a really handy, quick mop and freshen option.

This resolves it It is lightweight easy quick and it doesn't take up a ton of space I love that you just remove the pad and put on a fresh one it's lovely

The mop itself is sturdy and I like the textured pads that it uses, they grip more dirt than a regular flat pad.
