What a waste of $$. I bought the starter pack along with refills for both the wood floor and regular floor. I used the power mop two maybe three times and now when I press the button, I hear the motor but nothing comes out. Of course I already threw away my receipt so I'm just out!! Not happy at all!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product! Just like almost everyone I know, we own a type of swiffer product, this one will disappoint!! Will recommend to anyone looking to have a two in one mop and also super easy to store!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have three animals in the house along with a teenager so needless to say I do deep mop cleanings on the weekends. Throughout the week, I use my Swiffer PowerMop to clean up small messes and just an overall wipe down. The PowerMop has easy to read directions and the mop is user friendly. I would recommend all Swiffer products!

I really like my swiffer power mop. I've seen the reviews my pad stick on fine whether they're the reusable or they're the disposable. The only problem I have found when mopping and bending down to low places sometimes the battery compartment does pop out of place you gotta pop it back in, but besides for that, I am in love with my power mop. I love the smell. I love that there's several different smells different pads. My batteries are still lasting in the original that came with it. I've had my power mop for about four months now and I can honestly say I like it. I would love it if not for the battery compartment. That's why I took a star away I give it 4 for sure

Seemed like a decent mop but after 2weeks it no longer works. Changing the bateries did not help. I wonder if there is a lost conection to the moter or a short due to leaky cleaning fluid. Im tempted to take it apart and look myself not like i can do anything else with a dead power mop.

Love the idea - really bad design - the button that keeps the top half of the mop connected just doesn't - the top half of the handle falls off constantly. Didn't even get through one bottle of the cleaning liquid before it fell apart - serious quality control issues with manufacturing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. It comes with everything you need to swifter your floors. No need to go buy anything to get started. You have it. I am so glad I bought this kit. I highly recommend it. Go out and get you one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really loving this Swiffer power mop, it is easy and fun to use and sprays a generous amount of solution that allows me to get my floors very clean. The mop itself is sturdy and I like the textured pads that it uses, they grip more dirt than a regular flat pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop set is amazing. It's very easy to use and convenient for fast cleans-ups. The solution smells amazing and works on multi surfaces which comes in handy since I have both wood and tile floors and now feel as I do not need multiple mopping sessions to clean. It leaves the floors looking fresh, spotless, and smelling great. Highly recommend.

Saw a commercial about the new Swiffer Power Mop. I liked the convenience of my old Swiffer...but it stopped working even with new batteries. So I bought this new and improved version. I'm impressed. It was able to clean old floor smudges the old one couldn't. Possibly the new formula? Or the new mop head design? What ever it is I'm so happy I bought the new swiffer Power Mop.
