i bought this mop and used maybe four times now my mop wont even work. When I push the purple button it does not make any noise or release the cleaner. I even changed the batteries to see if that would help and it did not. I really liked this mop when it worked for the few days it did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 dogs and vacuum AND sweep daily. When I got this swiffer it changed all of that. I take the mop and just walk around the house and watch as it picks up all of the hair. It's AMAZING how much it picks up and keeps it clean.

Throughout the week, I use my Swiffer PowerMop to clean up small messes and just an overall wipe down. The PowerMop has easy to read directions and the mop is user friendly. I would recommend all Swiffer products!

The solutions that I have are fresh scent and lavender, and they smell amazing when I am all done as well. The whole house smells super clean for days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The starter kit for this power mop is great. I'm glad swiffer came out with a mop like this. The only issue was that it can be hard to see where the liquid solution is being sprayed at making me double check and sort of guess where to mop at.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Powermop was super quick and easy to assemble. In no time at all I was mopping. The mop pad easily collected dirt from my lament and tile floors. The cleaning solutions smell great and work wonders.

Tried 2 sets of batteries and the mop still wouldn't work. Used manually with homemade solution and the product is foe shorter people as I am 6'1" and had to bend over pretty far to use it. The handle should be adjustable for taller users and made more sturdy because it feels flimsy when you apply pressure while cleaning. I can't recommend this product to anyone nor will I be replacing this one.

I have purchased 3 times the swiffer power mop. I love it. but when the first bottle empties and I put a new bottle in ..it does not click in at all. This is the 3rd one I've tried. I have exchanged the last 2 because of same issue. Not happy customer 😒

I bought this mistakenly thinking it would continue vibrating while cleaning, but it only vibrates as it's spraying. If you sprayed the entire time while you mopped you would A) waste the overpriced solution and B) have sopping wet floors. I could've bought a normal spray mop for what this thing is worth. Research before buying and make sure it's from a store you can return it to.
