[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m actually shocked at how much I like these. They don’t taste too much like birthday cake which I loved, and honestly the packaging and the sprinkles that are colorful on it are awesome. The texture is great, just can’t let it melt in the car.

I don’t typically go for dark chocolate but I didn’t think it was too bitter in this. It had a very slight chemical taste to it maybe because it’s a bit “healthier”?

Well I have already been buying these for months! 10/10 recommend and the kids love them! They have a good texture - aren’t too hard and hit the spot for a sweet treat with little guilt!

Just purchased two boxes and the grandchildre love them. Their parents try to have organic products available when possible. Will purchase more. Did notice there is yet another bar by this company that does not appear to have chocolate. Hopefully, that can be made available for those preferring a non chocolate option.

Not overly sweet as is normally the case with birthday cake flavored items and just the drizzle of chocolate is a nice touch. But what is even better is that it is vegan, dairy free, nut free, gluten free, kosher- you name it and it accommodates a whole number of food allergies and restrictions without compromising on taste. Honestly, if the box didn’t say it I wouldn’t have even realized it was any different than your normal granola bar. I took off a star because it only has 2 grams of protein and therefore probably won’t be a staple in my pantry, but is a great addition for many people.
