It's SO good and I will cry my eyes out if Sam's doesn't keep this item on hand. It's like ham and bacon had a baby. We had ham like this in Canada and it's such a delicious change from the typical strip bacon and sausage. Absolutely delicious!

I miss full english breakfasts from the UK and bacon rashers are near impossible to find stateside - this European bacon is so close! It's delicious, cooks perfectly in the oven and is a great value for money. Highly recommend.

My first time ever having it , so yummy we had it on egg McMuffins first time, second time i sprinkled pepper on it an made the best BLT's i ever had will purchase again

Its an alternative to normal bacon, I can't say its a full replacement because European style bacon is not smoked and I like that flavor. However, I will say, fry then up and throw them on your next hamburger.

This is fairly tasty but it's ham not bacon. It's not going to be crispy at all despite the instructions saying cook it to desired crispness. Another reviewer said that it's overwhelmingly smoky and it's pretty smoky but I wouldn't call it overwhelming. Strong smoky flavor definitely. I probably wouldn't buy this again.

This 'center-cut shoulder bacon' misses the boat for taste and texture of traditional bacon. It has its place as a sandwich meat perhaps, but not as a stand-in for bacon. It's also pricier, almost double the cost of traditional bacon. We don't recommend it except as slices of smoked Boston butt. Two stars because it doesn't resemble 'bacon'.

Delicious and flavorful. Def getting again.
