It was OK but I probably won't buy it again. It is just ham but with a little more fat than normal ham. By the time I trimmed the fat it was a lot of small pieces.

I was disappointed in that this tasted more like ham instead of bacon. Tried cooking it like bacon & it turned out more like cooked, dried ham instead of bacon. Its very lean - beautiful cut of meat tho

Found these on sale recently and decided to try them out to see what the difference was to regular bacon. I was (pleasantly) surprised to find that they are less salty and more meaty than regular bacon. They also have higher protein content than regular bacon per serving which is awesome as I can cook this up and add it atop my veggies or eat with other portions of protein in a meal. Bought two more after testing it out. The only thing I would change is adding more smoked flavor to it.

Tasty!!! I meal prep with the small croissants, a sheet pan egg %26 sausage/ bacon and have been dissatisfied with bacon %26 egg only sandwiches, UNTIL now. I bought this to experiment %26 it was exactly the flavor, thickness my breakfast sandwiches needed. Great addition to my healthy habits %26 getting my mornings to a good start.

The best bacon hands down. Our daughter is an autistic person. One of the only foods she will eat is bacon. This bacon is lean, nice big pieces, and priced very reasonably. We use for our family breakfast, sandwiches, and my daughter’s lunch box when requested. I saw this bacon recommended on a Facebook reel of a 90 year old Englishman who cooks a lot. He put this style of bacon on his BLT. Love it and will definitely be buying this forever.

This should be labeled ham, literally. This has no taste compared to classic bacon. If you want something that's similar to ham buy this. If you want bacon go buy the conventional stuff. Is it good? Mediocre. Not terrible, but definitely not bacon either.
