A bit early to write a review as durability and longevity are part of overall satisfaction. We have been using the Tower for a few weeks. Very welcome large capacity in a modest footprint. Controls are easy to read and use. The manual was a bit daunting, but we just used what we needed to get a load washed and dried. Lovely doors against the well painted body. I think the installing tech had an easy time doing their part. Well done LG.

My only complaint is that it is a “smart” dryer so it will sense when things are dry. Although sometimes things aren’t dry and it will continue to end the cycle even if the items aren’t dry.

At first glance I was a bit intimidated by the controls but after reading the manual I found them surprisingly easy. I also connected it to the Thinq app, which turned out to be a convenient bonus. By using to the recommended small amount of HE laundry detergent my laundry comes out exceptionally clean. Doing laundry has become a fun experience and the unit adds a stylish touch to my utility room. I highly recommend the LG Washtower — it's a purchase I'm extremely satisfied with.

About four years ago it started failing, so I had been looking for a unit like this every since. All the single units I saw were not what I was looking for. In most cases the washer and dryer insides where small and I did not want to lean into the washer to get my clothes. I wanted a large washer and dryer unit and it fits the bill. It is a perfect replacement, looks good in my laundry room, and it is easy to operate. I also like the fact that when something is wrong, it gives you a code. Example my dryer would not work, so it gave me a code. I checked and the code stated my dryer vent was clog. So I had it taken care of and the dryer works perfectly. I've also been told by several people who work in various service positions, that LG products are top of the line. Love it!!!

I have a tiny laundry room. When my 35 yr old dryer died, even though my 2 yr old LG washer was fine, I took a leap and bought the tower to make more room. The washer has many of the features my top load had so I'm happy. Love it, love it. ❤️ Makes laundry day almost fun!

The capacity of both units is more than sufficient for our family of 4. What a luxury to be able to do laundry in a limited space but without limitations. The washer cleans remarkably well and the dryer is so quiet and efficient. The unit is very well designed and I love the graphite finish. I own several LG appliances and like all of the others, the quality does not disappoint!

The stacked washer and dryer combo fits well in my utility closet, even though it appears to be a smaller unit it is a full-size washer and dryer. The controls on the unit are conveniently located in the middle between the washer and dryer. This lg unit has the ability to be connected to the ThinQ app, the app allows you to start the wash while you are away, check on the status of your loads and get a notification that your load is complete. I really like the notification feature of letting me know when the load is complete because I often get distracted with doing other chores while washing and forget about my laundry. The smart features on this unit makes it extra appealing. The washer uses less water and energy due to load sensing. The washer can detect how much water is needed and load time based on what has been placed in the drum, avoiding over usage of water and wash time. The built-in sensors in the dryer detect damp clothing allowing the dryer to automatically adjust to complete the load, therefore no more under drying or over drying. While there are several settings on the lg unit I was very pleased with the soil/steam setting on the washer, I recently washed my husband's heavily stained socks and clothing from cutting the grass which I had planned to throw away. Surprisingly the soil/steam setting removed all stains from the clothing and I was able to save the items, the cycle took a little longer than normal however it was well worth the wait. Overall, the unit is very quiet, has large drums, numerous settings to meet my needs, phone app for notifications and has done a tremendous job cleaning my clothes. The lg washer and dryer combo has exceeded my expectations and continues to amaze me daily.

Hi After a month of waiting to complete installation, I now enjoy this brand new appliances. The only thing that I’m a bit concerned is that when I wash my laundered, the washer makes a loud squeak noise while washing. I wish that this noise will reduce it but I’m not going to apply WD 40 for the belt. How can I reduce the noise I wonder.

This washtower fit with room to spare. It looks awesome and works wonderfully! I will definitely recommend this product ! My clothes are cleaner and the dryer is huge! I love the sanitizer cycle and that it has a steam option! Absolutely love it!!
