I purchased this from the store. Bought online and went to pick it up. This thing was dented to the max! Had 4 or 5 dents on the front of the fridge, and one large on on the right side. Clearly there was a large hole in the box on the right so that explains that dent, but it front of the box didn't appear to have dents. Since it took me a bit to get it unboxed and setup I decided to just keep it. Its staying in the garage for now anyway.

Purchased the refrigerator/ freezer, wasn't delivered on the day it was promised,then when it was delivered I had to move it to where I wanted it & remove the box to inspect it ( mind you I'm female & small built) as the delivery person watched!!! The outside was fine & not until the delivery man left I saw it was missing a leg, a shelf was broken Inside, then after plugging it in I noticed condensation on the back on the frig! Reported this via email to Dams Club & no response!! Called the refrigerator company , sent pictures & 10 days & I still haven't heard a thing about what they plan to do!! Disappointed in Sams Club & the manufacturer— I don't want to pay for this since it's not perfect!!

I got my Thomson Top=Freezer Refrigerator delivered by FedX.....When it came all the plastic compartments that fit on the door were strewn all over.....but only the butter dish was broken......I have been trying to get Thomson to give me a new one,and I had tried with Sams Club, but they said I would have to do a return ......WHAT??? and that would be have another one delivered and tell the driver to wait, and open the large box and go into the refrigerator and take the butter dish.....and then tell the driver to take it back....WHAT???......I have been trying to get a new butter dish since 7/3/2019,,,,and I have sent Thomson everything they had asked me for.....bill, iterm#, Order #. Serial #. copies and pictures of the butter dish. and now Thomson tells me to go back to the store I bought it and tell them to replace it. which is Sam's Club.......I wouldn't mind but it is hard to buy a butter dish to fit this size refrigerator......Thank You,

Good little fridge. Holds a lot more than it looks like it would. There was a large scratch/dent on one side of the fridge when we got it, as other reviewers have experienced. Would've been too much trouble to repackage and return. Very satisfied other than the damage.

Glass shelves, egg holder, fairly large freezer section that accommodates several frozen pizzas easily. Freezer stays very cold (set at max) and although not frost free, does not build up appreciable frost in this low humidity climate (West Texas). The door shelf compartments have see through plastic sides (good) but are quite low, allowing water bottles to tip out as the door swings.

The product was very well wrapped and protected. It was easy to set up. It is doing the job adequately for my needs. I noticed that the rear inside wall is already beginning to ice up. I will adjust the thermostat to see if this helps. Overall I am happy with this product.

Always wanted a small fridge for extra drinks and holiday food overflow. Excited to get it home, and we filled it with drinks. Two days later it stopped working. So disappointed. So we unloaded the fridge and back it goes to Sams. Decided not to buy another, too hard to load and unload and travel to our nearest Sams if we have another problem. I will say when it worked for those 2 glorious days, did exactly what I hoped for.

I did have to return the first one, it was a mess.. missing a foot, dents on the top and it would not cool at all.. the return process was easy and they shipped out a new one right away. It got cold in about an hour and fits everything that I need as a backup fridge..

New purchase for a room with heavy use. This refrigerator has delivered. Transported upright. Carefully unboxed. Allowed to set for sometime, then plugged in and running, full of good things. Have had to set temp higher because during the first 48 hrs, the top shelf items froze. Set at 3 and extremely impressed. Plenty of room for it's use.

I considered a lot of mini freezer/fridge combos before purchasing this one. It is twice the size of most of them and holds an incredible amount of food. It is well made and solid. Because of the size of the unit, placing it on a table or other furniture is not necessary. I had a question about the warranty that's offered and called the number listed in the manual. I left a message and they promptly returned my call.
