Purchased the refrigerator/ freezer, wasn't delivered on the day it was promised,then when it was delivered I had to move it to where I wanted it & remove the box to inspect it ( mind you I'm female & small built) as the delivery person watched!!! The outside was fine & not until the delivery man left I saw it was missing a leg, a shelf was broken Inside, then after plugging it in I noticed condensation on the back on the frig! Reported this via email to Dams Club & no response!! Called the refrigerator company , sent pictures & 10 days & I still haven't heard a thing about what they plan to do!! Disappointed in Sams Club & the manufacturer— I don't want to pay for this since it's not perfect!!

Damaged. The refrigerator and freezer work. But the wheels on the back and the part where you adjust were broke. The back bottom was crushed in, like it was dropped. It was purchased for a dorm, so we didn't know it was mess up until move in day. Everyone is moving in on same day. So was not able to pack up and bring back, because of the process of move in. So we had to rest it on a wedge of wood for stability.

You can't beat the price! Yes, it's small, but so it the price! Looks nice, interior light, roomy, shelves, door racks, bins, adjustable temperature. Sleek design and reversible doors. Lots of features for a low price. Really, if it breaks down in a few years, it's still a good deal. If you are looking for an extra refrigerator, it's a nice compact size. If you are looking for a primary unit. It's probably not for you.

We bought this as an extra refrigerator when we have company and it is the perfect size. It has plenty of shelving and the freezer section is just right for extra desserts and ice cream. We picked it up at the store and they were very helpful with the loading.

Looks totally professional and nice w/ the steel finish. The freezer freezes everything, including good ice cubes. Fridge stays cool, is full mostly of drinks. Runs quietly, don't hear it at all around the corner. Delivery was easy, then I just cut the shipping strips and lifted the box off the base, packed well padded, no scratches, etc. Followed the instructions re letting it sit in place awhile before plugging it in. Neg. - The bottom clear drawer is not really attached/hanging, just sits loose in that bottom section.

Planned on using it as a storage for our outside party and locate it in the garage. Brother was getting rid of his old one so I snagged it and plan to use this one still for out parties. I plan to store it and use it during the summer months outside so we do not have to go in and out of the garage to get some food or drinks. This is just the right size for us.

The refrigerator box looked good so we picked it up 168 miles at Sam's in jackson. We got home opened the box and the refrigerator was all bent up at the bottom in front like it was damaged by a fork lift. My son took the door off and bent it all back in place the best he could so the door would shut airtight. And one of the shelves had a crack in the plastic but all and all the refrigerator is working good so thank God for that. The price can't be beat.

Perfect size for me. I am a bi-lateral above knee amputee. So the top shelves of my side-by-side fridge/freezer I can no longer reach the top shelves, (I'm wheelchair bound). This smaller size refrigerator/freezer is perfect for the shelves that I can no longer reach. The freezer freezes very well. The Fridge compartment stays nice and cold. Both the fridge & freezer hold quite a bit of stuff. So I am very very happy with this. Perfect size

Works great. It did have one small dent from delivery so the packaging could be better as others have complained about a similar problem. Not a large enough dent to return. Did notice the refrigerator operates between 50 to 85 degrees so I put this in the utility room not the garage.

I bought this for my office. It would be the perfect size for what I need. We got it in and set up, great. Then a few days later we noticed it was no longer cooling. It has been a huge hassle to get it replaced but it is supposed to be delivered today. I sure hope this one works right. Will let you know.
