We ordered 3 different freezers. The first did not work. The second arrived damaged. The third was found to be damaged before leaving the store the same day of returning freezer #2. Ended up with no freezer. Poor quality and poor handling of the product to the shelf.

Freezer Failure

I've had this for a couple of weeks and it has completely met my expectations. Picked up at my Sam's Club and box was in great shape. Unpacked when I got home, wiped it down and let the freezer sit for 24 hours to ensure all the refrigerants had settled down per the instructions. I set the temperature gauge to 4 and plugged it in. It has kept all of our food and ice perfectly frozen. This is also a great size for us. Highly recommended!!
