We love this little unit. Inexpensive and works great! We hear the unit running but the noise is not annoying. It also comes with a small plastic tool that helps you breaks the seal; you need the tool to open it. Great Value!

This chest freezer is a perfect size for our needs and fits great where we needed it to sit. It runs very well and had our food frozen in no time. We should have purchased this years ago. Buy it! You'll be happy.

I do really like the freezer but it came but all kinds of dents in it, not just one or two! I did not feel like I should have paid full price for a very used looking freezer. I wanted to complain but didn't know who to complain to because I ordered it online.

Thrilled with our purchase. A bit hesitant with some reviews about damage, etc. Not a problem at all. Delivery was delayed a couple hours = weather related, but we got a call regarding this and it was our decision to still have it delivered on that day. They called again when they were on their way. Brought it into our garage and we just had to move it into place. The men were curteous and very helpful. Ordered Oct 10 (shipped from CA which was a 'surprise' - thought it would be 'more local') but delivered as promised on Oct 24. It was in perfect shaped and has been working like a charm ever since.

I ordered this n then read reviews got a little nervous because lots were saying they received theirs with dents but I got mines and it was perfect I did open in store to make sure it is very easy to load and unload n it fits perfect I'm out kitchen runs quite and works great. So far I have not one issue with mine.

It cools. It works. However, it is the cheapest piece of tin and plastic I've ever seen! There is no continual light indicating that it is running (like our GE or Whirpool). There is light that signals when the compressor is working. Since this is in the basement, and we don't ever see the light, we are hoping for the best.

This freezer works great. Was excited to get it as I needed it to store breastmilk. Was finally able to snag one after looking for months bc of shortages during pandemic. Did order pickup. Got home and took it out box and the corner was bashed in. Can't return because there aren't any others to get and it's imperative I have one. From the outside the area where it was “dented” wasn't obvious at all, so buyer beware. Terrible packaging.

Had this item less than two weeks. Appearance as expected. Initial impression on performance is positive. Ice cream comes out of this freezer much more firm than from refrigerator freezer. Only negative for me is the power cord is attached to the center right side of the chassis requiring an extension to reach the electrical outlet. Power cord is exposed along the right base until it turns behind the rear. Not really a problem for me but might be for others.

It arrived with no dents or cosmetic damage. I let it sit for 24 hours prior to turning it on and it started up and cooled down rapidly. It has a much larger capacity than I anticipated, but that is fine with me. After loading it with frozen food and letting it stabilize, I was amazed that it was able to keep the temperature at 0 degrees +/- 1 degree and it is reasonably quiet. This beats the performance of the $3,000 freezer in my kitchen. My only objection is that the power cord exits on the right front of the unit. That makes no sense to me (thus 4 stars instead of 5). Had the cord exited from the rear, I'd have more choices for its location. All in all, I am very pleased with the freezer and I highly recommend it.

This chest freezer is light weight and efficient and was easy to install and operate. It is the same size as an older model that I replaced, but it has larger interior dimensions since they apparently made the compressor unit more compact. It also has indicator lights to tell at a glance whether it is plugged in and operating, and a temperature gauge to adjust the interior temperature.
