Horrifyingly thin and rough

I purchased this tissue using coupons so I bought 6 twelve packs... It is so rough and uncomfortable that I couldn't let my daughter use it

Where the softness

Got a nasty paper cut. This is not the product I remember from my childhood up to now. Bring back the 2 ply and softness.

I always buy the same paper, Scott's 1000 sheet 2 pack. The paper is getting thinner and thinner. What happened?
