What happened?

I always buy the same paper, Scott's 1000 sheet 2 pack. The paper is getting thinner and thinner. What happened?

poor quality

this tissue is too thin and rough, a lot of sheets on the roll, but have to use more to finish the job, will be happy when it is all gone
