I still had a few rolls of Scott t-paper that I bought before Covid - yes, I happened to have stocked up at a good time. I recently bought Scott t-paper again and it is terrible!!!! I have used Scott for decades, but those days are over. By the way, I actually compared a new roll to an old roll and the difference was amazing - amazingly disappointing.

I have never really cared for Scott because I have always found that since it is only 1 ply, people tend to use more & it disappears more quickly, BUT it still does its job, & that’s the important part. The rolls ARE pretty large so it lasted longer than my previous uses of Scott toilet paper, I will say that—but did not last as long as my normally purchased brand. I give it 4/5 stars because as mentioned it did serve its purpose & *did* last pretty long.

I noticed the 1000 sheet per roll product was cheapened down a while ago. Always used it because it was septic safe and second because it was economical. I've stopped buying because the paper is thin, tears and breaks apart before hitting the bowl.

No matter how much you deny you've made any changes, this is not the same product we've used for years. Though still one-ply the paper is much thinner, and a roll does not last near as long as before. Save the paper to individually wrap each roll in the large packages and add it back into the actual paper we use! Not buying Scott again until you fix this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scott 1000 sheet toilet paper is by far my favorite toilet paper. It is very good for my sewer system and breaks down fast. I have never had a baked up sewer from this paper. It last a long time. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scott 1000 is a good product. The roll goes on forever! Lasts a long time. It's not quite as soft as some other toilet paper because it's only 1 ply, but it gets the job done. It's great for septic systems & we use it in our RV too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper is a step up from using sandpaper. It is barely 1 ply, more like half a ply, it is so thin you could probably read through it. It is also not soft at all, and you’d probably have to use a lot to feel like you’re wiping anything substantial. I’ll stick with charmin.

The only thing that I don’t like about this toilet paper is that it is not as soft as some of the others that I have used. I would still definitely buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scott brand of toilet paper is pretty good quality for the price. Lots of tissue per roll, doesn’t rip up easily. Texture of it is really soft, I like the really soft brands but this one gets the job done and doesn’t flake around.

I have been purchasing Scott 1000 sheets for awhile as did my mother before me. She said it was the best above the rest and it certainly is. It is soft, it is durable, septic safe and it is the best value for your buck. I always look at the sq ft usage and it still is the best above the rest in value.
