I’ve been an avid Scott to purchaser for over 25 years and never have I been more disappointed in a product. Your advertising needs to be updated from 1000 sheets per roll to ONE super long, ultra thin (even to the point of see through holes) sheet. At first I thought it was just the batch I got but this has happened 3 times now (20 roll pack). I had to purchase the Wal Mart Great Value brand....and it actually reminded me the the OLD Scott tissue. So.... if there aren’t changes made pretty soon, I’m afraid this brand will no longer be in my shopping cart. Profit over customer service?? Shame on you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Scott Scott 1000 Sheet Toilet Paper. The toilet paper is very soft around my bum, it’s unscented and the sheets last for a long time. The package comes with four toilet paper rolls and it has a FSC stamp that is made of recycle paper so it’s great for the environment. I highly recommend it

I like Scott Bathroom Tissue. It’s not too soft and it’s not too abrasive. It does its job as expected. It doesn’t leave any tissue behind. It’s not really thin tissue, either. It’s durable enough to get the job done. It lasts a while, too. It’s not scented but I wouldn’t mind if it was. Overall, it’s good tissue!

i have been buying your toilet paper for a very long time, with 3 girls in the house i love how long it lasts on the roll.... i love that its not thick, to me it cleans better than thick toilet paper, we have tried thick/fuffy but always go back to Scotts..... i will never change so please never change the quality

However I personally like this thinner TP because I feel I get a good clean, and it’s extremely safe for the septic system in my older home. I find that I use less of this Scott TP than my old brand, as this gets the job done better. I like the simple easy to read packaging, the colors and I like the pattern on the TP. One roll lasts me almost 2 weeks, as it’s just me using it. So I am happy with this TP. I also find it to be a good value for the price you pay for it. This would be great for RV’s as well as older homes. It’s really for anyone who wants to protect the septic system and your pocketbook!

Why did Scott do away with 2-ply? I’ve used this product for over 40 yrs and it’s never been 1-ply until the pandemic. It’s see through and you have to use twice as much to clean yourself. Go back to 2-ply!!! Don’t make short cuts when it comes to hygiene.

This is the only toilet paper I will ever consider using. If you like your septic system and don't want to have the septic companies charging your fortune to fix your system this is really the only toilet paper you should be using as many of the others are like flushing paper towels down your toilet

We have been buying this product for many more years than I can remember. It is always been on the thinner side when compared to luxury type products but none the less a great product. Apparently the formula has changed with the last 36 pack we just bought (9/2015). It used to have a certain softness to it. Just a little rougher than a tissue. It is now lacking texture and hard more like a sheet of paper from a laser printer. It's bad enough that we will try other brands and not even finish this pack.

I have used Scott for over 25 years. I always buy it from sams or BJ’s. The last handful of times I have bought it it is so hard to get the roll started without tearing up the roll. I don’t know what you are doing different but please stop. It is wasting a lot of the paper and so annoying!!!
