[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I should start off by saying we are a bidet household. We want to use as less toilet paper as possible because it’s expensive! That being said, this toilet is perfect for what we need. I only need to use a couple sheets to get clean and dry. The texture of the toilet paper isn’t my favorite and could be softer, but that’s if I had to fix something. We have had this package for a little over a month and are still on one roll!

My family has been using Scott for like 15 years (as long as I can remember) and with each new roll that I open and use, the paper has gotten worse and worse as far as quality! You now have to use double the amount than before. The paper feels like loose-leaf a lot of times and it scratches your bottom and tears also. Not sure how you guys can deny changing the paper formula. I bought like 40 rolls recently?! What am I supposed to do with this stuff?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was great no a big fan of Scott's in the pass but it was better than the cheap stuff I normally get. It came in a 4 pack and the rolls where actually decently size for the price. I the texture is a little ruffer than I like but it gets the job done.

Our family has used Scott 1000 for decades. I was the right texture and thickness for our needs. Don't tell us it hasn't changed, because it has! NOW the tissue is way TOO THIN!! So thin you can see through it and also requires more sheets to do the job. This product has become unacceptable for our family and we will be using other brands unless Scott reverts back to what it was back 10 to 20 years ago.

There is a decent amount of product for the money overall and the packaging is clear and concise. If I were to normally purchase one play it would be this product for the price, quality and that they are sustainable

I have used this product for 35 years. During the toilet paper shortage, I was forced to use other brands. Maybe there was something better? Not according to my research. Scott is the most economical, long lasting effective toilet paper. I'm very pleased it is available once again.

My family has used Scott TP for many generations and always thought it was the best TP. The last couple of times I purchased the product, the quality of the TP has gone way down. It is now so thin that you do not get properly cleaned when using. I have read many reviews and your canned responses. Obviously, you do not care about your customers. Many users are saying it is different yet you reply no changes have been made. That can not be true. If no changes have been made, why are customers who were completely satisfied now so unsatisfied? They, including myself, have not changed so obviously it is your TP that has changed. Please do not respond with the canned text I have read in response to other poor reviews on this site as they are meaningless. The fact that people complain about the quality and you suggest they try a different version of Scott's TP is a joke. Why do you ask people to call to discuss their complaints. Does this call, if made, do anything to make the quality of your TP better? I doubt it. Do you have a quality control unit? If the answer is yes, they must be sleeping on the job. I guess you do not care how many people you lose as customers because your product HAS CHANGED!!!

It has the perfect balance of sturdiness and softness / strong enough to get the job done without falling apart, but still gentle so it doesn’t leave your skin feeling sore or irritated. It’s super convenient not having to change the roll every few days, especially in a busy home. It’s also septic-safe, which gives me peace of mind, and there’s little to no lint left behind, which is a plus. That said, it’s definitely not the softest option out there. It’s a bit thin and not as plush as some two-ply brands, but it gets the job done and is perfect if you’re looking for value and durability. If you’re more about function over luxury, this one’s a solid choice!

I started using Scott 1,000 sheets over 25 years ago. My daughter's heard me all their life say, don't use anything but Scott Tissue in your restrooms. The reason was because every time I used other brands, I ended up with sewerage pipe clogs. After discovering Scott 1,000 sheets, no more clogs! I then told everyone I know my personal experience. All our tenants are recommended to use Scott to prevent sewerage pipes clogs or backups. I can tell when they buy Scott.. no problems, but when they use any other brand, they calling with backup issues. My first question is, did you use Scott or another brand of tp? I can say, 9 out of ten times, it was another brand. The value of Scott 1,000 Sheets can't be beat. The roll outlast others also! I highly recommend you to take the Scott test and see the value of Scott 1,000 Tissue. I appreciate you Scott! We all do. Keep up the good job! You are number one in our lives!
