In the summer of 2020 I purchased a 36 roll package of Scott toilet paper from Sam's Club. The one ply toilet tissue was so thin you could see through it. When you wiped it fell apart and stuck to your butt. I thought this may be a one time problem due to covid-19. Related supply issues. I had the same problem with a 36 roll package purchased from Sam's Club on the 11th of August 2022. This is the second time they've sent me an unusable product. I will never use or recommend to anyone Scott toilet tissue ever again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Scott’s for the past 3 years now because of a septic tank. This tissue is great in that it does not clog the septic and it may be 1-ply but it is strong. I would definitely recommend to others.

Your product is absolutely inferior to days of old. The tissue is so thin you end up using twice as much to make up the difference. Although it boasts 1100 sheets it is a misrepresentation of a true value. Shame on your company for going down the same road of other American "quick revenue making/inferior quality" companies.

I bought these at Sam's Club and did not even think about what ply they were. Since they were the most expensive ones there and the ONLY ones there - no wonder - I had to get them. I did not realize they were only one ply until I got them home and now can not take them back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is great, but the texture is rough and hard. Is so thin that you have to use a big amount to actually absorb something. It says is clogged free and im guessing its because its really thin.

The 1000 sheet roll package I purchased at big box store is AWFUL. I Might as well use the paper wrapper the roll comes in to wipe my butt. its one ply like tissue paper and far from soft or absorbent. Never again and sadly I purchased 24 rolls. Not even fit for kitty litter box.

Like the others have stated. I used to ONLY purchase Scott double ply.. I LOVED it! the paper was super tough, but not rough and got the job done without rolling up or leaving behind balls of tp. Now I walk away with half a roll between my legs uuugghhh so annoying. I keep hoping they will go back to the old paper so I keep trying a roll here and a roll there but still the same new "crappy" version. I don't need my tp to be cotton soft, I want it to be just this side of newspaper but absorbent. I am still searching high and low for that perfect roll but can only find it in industrial facilities and individuals can't purchase those brands.
