Extremely disappointed

Have been a dedicated user of Scott Tissue for eons. Recently bought a 21 pk and the quality is less than acceptable . It's so thin that even triple the amount needed for bathroom needs it falls apart. What happened to quality control? Not sure you can see how thin it is but I'm sending a photo anyway.

Low cost and great value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Scott 1000 Sheet Toilet Paper for years, and it’s consistently one of the best values out there. Each roll lasts a surprisingly long time, which is great for a busy household and helps cut down on frequent restocking. The single-ply design might seem thin to some, but it’s actually very strong and doesn’t fall apart easily, which means you use less per visit. I also appreciate that it’s septic-safe — perfect for our older plumbing system. Overall, it’s dependable, economical, and just works. Highly recommended!

Better than I thought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually purchase Charmaine because it it thick and I feel it gets the job done. I thought Scott was just a flimsy tissue that you had to use a lot of to get things done, but this one is actually stronger than I thought.

Tissue that does the job

I grew up on Charmin. When I joined the military, they stocked scott. When I got out of the military, i went back charmin, but it didn't last as long and became expensive. I went back to scott and has using it for twenty years! It is septic-friendly. You learn how that is when potty training toddlers who tend to clog the toilet! Tissue that is economically beneficial even when buying in bulk. A 20-27 pack last our home nearly eight weeks, just enough time get another coupon to save a few more dollars for our family.

Much Better For Your Plumbing!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had used Scott for a while, but recently tried another brand which you get a big box store and is one of those "thicker, quilted" toilet papers. The difference in how much easier Scott works with your plumbing is incredible. I like being able to take more sheets of paper, per use, than having to worry about possibly clogging my plumbing from paper that is too thick or won't easily come apart, when added to the water. Scott worked perfectly - cleaned effectively, held up nicely, and doesn't seem to "fight" with your toilet paper holder, due to it being overly bulky. I highly recommend this product and I bet your future plumbers will, too!

Unbeatable Value and Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scott 1000 Toilet Paper has been a game-changer in our household. With 1,000 sheets per roll, it significantly reduces the frequency of roll changes, making it both cost-effective and convenient. Despite being 1-ply, it's surprisingly strong and absorbent, providing reliable performance without compromising on quality. The paper dissolves quickly, ensuring it's safe for septic systems and plumbing, which gives me peace of mind

New Scott Single Ply is now same as all other bran

I love Scott Toilet paper, Or did till this last month, Now it is the same as all the other brands. I want the old double roll single roll paper. You squish it and it is solid with single ply. Now it is squishy and same as all the other brands I can buy cheaper and more is used so it is more paper going into the septic. Please fix it.Then ill put my rating back to 5 stars.

I grew up using this, but it is very thin, and even though it is 1000 sheeted per roll, you have to use quite a bit so that there is no seepage. Not too expensive. Yes I would recommend this product, just be aware that you will have to use more that normal

Not bad but...

I have had several rolls in different sized packages - 8, 12 and 20 count that do not have perforations between the sheets. I contacted Scott about this months ago but the problem still exists. This problem needs to be looked at and finally addressed by the quality dept. at Scott.

RV and septic tank safe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has been using Scott's toilet tissue for many years. Yes, I know the paper is thin, doesn't hold together well, is a bit scratchy, and isn't absorbent. But it is safe for our home pipes, septic system, and camper. Obviously, we need a lot of tissue to clean up, but we usually buy a huge pack on sale and stock up.
