I have used this brand for 45 plus years. The last couple of purchases (12 rolls) ate not like what Scott used to make. Very thin and need to use almost double the amount for it to be useful. Very disappointed and will be looking for another brand unless this product can go back to the quality it used to be.

You buy the package in the store: oops, the size of the pack is smaller - it has shrunk slightly but ongoing for a while. The tissue itself is smaller now, not to mention the thinness, it can't be any thinner now. A few weeks ago, I had a roll where the thin paper had huge holes in it. Yes, I must say this was no sheet any more. (SCOTT 1100) We are much faster through this pack than before the pandemic!! Since, the quality declined. DISAPPOINTED - Please bring the quality, size and price back where it was, otherwise another customer goes shopping some other brand!

It is a very thin 1 ply and you need to use three- 4 times as much as the Kirkland brand I regularly use. As you can see by the photos the Scotts’ on the left and the Kirkland brand on the right. This is a definite no for me!

I have just discovered that the brand I've been using for the past twenty years because of its single-ply, no clogging feature (we have a septic system) has actually managed to get thinner. Apparently this change has occurred at least a year ago although I'm just noticing it now. I purchased this quite a few months ago due to the pandemic toilet paper hoarding. What an awful idea...I absolutely hate the ridiculously thinner product. I can't believe it was even possible. I don't believe I will continue being a loyal customer and will be forced to find an alternative.

Love the new texture, but after just one month of buying the new product and liking it, then buying it a second time, I noticed how much less we get! The price doesn't change but the size and weight certainly do! It is a big pet peeve that we keep getting less as if we can't figure that out! At least be honest and make the price represent the change in quantity.

So disappointed that after using Scott Brand toilet paper for decades, they not only increased the price they decreased the thickness. Tissue paper is thicker than their toilet paper. It is virtually useless. And now Scott’s is trying to sell the fact that it will not clog the toilet…. Really? With everyone working from home for the past two years I suspect Scott’s has increased sales exponentially. I have purchased twice as much in that time. Nothing like taking advantage of a negative situation. SHAME ON YOU SCOTT’S!
