Our 20 year old realized we were out of these scouring pads. He said I have to go to the store and I will purchase these. They are the best for scrubbing when we do dishes. He went to the store and came back with 6 and said we won't run out for a while. He paid for them out of his pocket because he didn't want to wait for me to go to the store. When they realize how important they are then you know they are great!

From the start, the pad began disintegrating into fine green powder. Everywhere I scrubbed was left with a layer of green grit and remnants of the pad. I thought perhaps, being new, it would stop, but it didn't. So I am left with a double cleaning job - use this pad, then clean again to remove the green residue. Now, I have three more scour pads to find a use for. Hmmm . . . I could use one under a wobbly table leg, another one to . . . actually, they're worthless, especially for cleaning.

I use Scotch Brite Heavy Duty Scour Pads in the Kitchen, to deal with cooked on and baked on difficult to clean jobs. Scotch Brite Heavy Duty Scour Pads make my job easier, quicker and is most efficient. It takes almost no effort on my end to get my pots and pans, (and my outside grill too), clean and shiny!!! Scotch Brite Heavy Duty Scour Pads are tough where they need to be, but gentle on my hands.

for just about everything. I bring them home and cut them in half and store them with the dishcloths. When hubby needs one for the "shop" he takes a half and I don't have to get grumpy about him "stealing". One half will cover all my baked on dishes for probably six months. Works great to remove kool-aid stains on the counter top (other similar stains as well), the glass top cook stove using baking soda, removes stains in my porcelain sink and leaves it sparkling clean, aluminum cooking pots and pressure cookers look shiny and like new after a good scrub. Other "generic" brands try to say they work as good, but trust me, pay a little extra and buy the best, in the long run, it will save you money!

This is a product I can not live without. It is so easy to use and I don't feel I have cleaned near enough if I don't have my scrubber. I use it in the kitchen everyday on dried up food. I use one in the bathroom when I want to clean my sinks and tubs. It is the first thing I reach for when I clean my deck in the summer. It is a simple but innovative item I will use forever.

I used to own a restaurant, forty years ago. We only used scotch- brite scouring pads for our pots and pans clean-up. They were reliable and the best commercial brand that we could buy. Now that I am retired I still use scotch-brite scouring pads for my at home pots and pans. They cost a little more than some brands, but they last longer and clean surfaces without damage. I am a scotch-brite user for life.

Recently, staging a house in a bad market, I had to refresh the front entry which had gray resiliant flooring with a photo tile finish. It had ground in dirt, paint from recent and previous wall paint jobs and looked like it needed to be replaced. With hot soapy water, not too much time and the heavy duty Scotch Brite pad, I was able to get it looking nice and inviting removing all traces of paint and grime, saved $300.00!

I am a machinist and when I machine a part calling for a very fine finish, I use Scotch-Brite to get the final smoothness after machining and sanding have done all it can. Great for lathe work.
