Cut pads in half and they last you twice as long because they wear more evenly (and they are easier on your manicure). When your pad is too wore to work effectively on your pots and pans, use it on your other household messes that need a little extra grit, without scratching or marring.

What I like about the Heavy Duty Scour Pad made by Scotch Brite, is how they are durable and long lasting. I start out using the Pad for a month or so cleaning off pots, pans and dishes prior to putting them into the dishwasher. After a month or so my wife insists that we start using a new one. So then I start using the Heavy Duty Scour Pad cleaning scuff marks off our laminate floors. It really works great and with very little effort. But I'm not done using the Heavy Duty Scour Pad yet, because after the floor duty, it goes into my shop area, where I use it to clean off everything from mower blades, to getting the dirt out between the spokes of my bicycle, to cleaning the aluminum wheels on my car. A totally excellent product that I highly recommend.

I have used the heavy duty scotch-brite scouring pads for many years. My pots and pans can get so greasy and dirty but with this product they always come sparkling clean. I love the Scotch Brite Heavy Duty Scour Pads. I was first introduced to them when I worked in a pizza restaurant, where we used them for heavy-duty-cleanup jobs. Ever since, there is nothing else I would use to do many of the household cleaning chores. They are tough on bathtub scum, baked-on messes, and many other types of cleaning. They last a long time. I was at our cabin and had a problem with a broiling pan. It was old and had not been cleaned in a long time. I was about to throw it out and buy a new one and remembered that I had brought up a scotch brite pad....so, i went to work on the pan. after about 5 mins. of scrubbing...the old pan looked like new...didn't take much time or effort and now i can spent the extra money i saved on a cold frosty drink..and still have the old pan that i loved.
