McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning is the perfect steak seasoning!!! My husband loves this on steaks. It gives the steak a wonderful flavor that you can't get from just salt & pepper alone. But be forewarned this seasoning blend has salt ALREADY in it. So do not add extra salt to your meat, if you do the end result will be too salty. I have also added a little oil to this seasoning for an awesome marinade. I also use it on beef roasts before cooking to give the roast a wonderful seasoned exterior.
