this is a great go to when your pan does not give enough for gravy. I do find adding a tablespooon of sour cream to the mix make an immeasurable difference.

Wasn't expecting much but got a great surprise! I've been making gravy for decades so I'm a bit of a gravy snob. I added half and half instead if milk or broth and it was really good! Can't wait to try it with broth next. I will be keeping this in my pantry.
