this is a great go to when your pan does not give enough for gravy. I do find adding a tablespooon of sour cream to the mix make an immeasurable difference.

I prefer this gravy to any ready-to-make gravy mix on the market! The taste can't be beat! Quick and easy to use. I boil the water then use a hand mixer to mix it in a mixing bowl. Makes for a super-fast gravy anytime!

Software is breathtakingly unfriendly. Although I filled in my current address as the shipping address, the software immediately changed my shipping address to my old address when I placed my order unbeknownst to me. When I tried to view my order after I placed it, I got a message that it was too soon to view, wait a few minutes. When I finally got to view my order some time later I found the shipping address was my old address. I chatted with a service rep who told me the order had been processed and could not be changed or canceled. A few days later I chatted with a second service rep who reordered my order with the correct shipping address and the order was again shipped to my old address. I then chatted with a third service rep who said I had to go into my address book and delete my old address and a third order was placed. When you order from Amazon and have two or more shipping addresses, a screen comes up and asks which address you want it shipped to. That isn't a hard thing to do and your software is extremely user unfriendly

My go to for gravy and my family loves it. Perfect every time! It also makes a great host gift for a holiday meal. After bringing it to a family gathering, my brother called for the brand. You can’t go wrong with this great flavor and texture. It’s also great in pot pies.
