I use this a lot to make a quick brown gravy. It's not what I'd call good, but it is gravy. If you use the drippings from beef or pork, it tastes a lot better.

We have always used Morrison Brown gravy. Sadly they stopped making it. McCormicks taste even better and is easy to use
