Wonder Gravy Mix

I have two in my cabinet now that I bought thinking I may have gotton a bad one the first time but it is the same, it doesnt thicken up and smooth like the tones is. we cannot get it at our local sams . if we get it looks like its going to have to be online. Mccormicks can have it , I would not even feed it to my dog. If there was a lower star rating it would get 0.

I won't purchase this product again. Poor taste and thin texture.

Love how easy it is when I don't have time to make gravy from scratch or for a meatless meal where I don't have drippings for gravy. I add half milk instead of all water and make to taste. Someone complained it was not thick enough and had no taste, just add more mix and you can always add seasoning and make sure you cook it long enough for it to thicken.

This gravy mix is so easy to use. You can make it according to directions or add it to already made gravy to help give you a little more or thicken it up. I just did that for dinner tonight. It has a nice flavor as is or you can also dress it up like adding pepper to give you a little zing. I also like the large container to always have some on hand

Our family discovered that McCormick gravy mixes came in canisters about a year ago and they have become a staple product not only in my kitchen but in my daughter & son's as well. Great for thickening stew or pan gravy, adding flavor or just being "gravy".

Most economical way to buy gravy mix. It works out to paying 24 cents per gravy packet. That beats any price I have ever paid including bogos. I add this to all pan drippings, including pork, poultry, and beef. I add it to vegetable soups as well. The trick is to add a little cold water to it in a cup and get it mixed up, then add additional water and pour into your drippings, soup etc. Otherwise you will chase the powder around the pan or cup trying to dissolve it. Just like a roux. I hope this helps : )

I have used this gravy mix for a long time, it is so handy to have in your pantry, to just add a bit of something special to your meal. You have the options of a standard gravy, or to thin it out a bit, for just a light touch.
