I add this to all pan drippings, including pork, poultry, and beef. I add it to vegetable soups as well. The trick is to add a little cold water to it in a cup and get it mixed up, then add additional water and pour into your drippings, soup etc. Otherwise you will chase the powder around the pan or cup trying to dissolve it.
