I always need about 4 cups gravy and I prefer thinner gravy so I use half a cup of mix to 4 cups water. This ratio does not turn into a pudding overnight in the fridge.

Great Gravy Mix! Easy to make, just add some pepper and maybe a little garlic but do not add any salt. If you really like a flavorful gravy, add some fresh mushrooms!

A good way to thicken soups & stews plus adds a lot of flavor. But my favorite thing to do is put it in a roast with potatoes and carrots and maybe an onion and it gives the roast a wonderful flavor.

Read the instructions properly, I thought the instructions were from right to left but they are not and I ended up with salty paste gravy 😂 when done right, this is a really good gravy.
