[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Nature Made's Flush-Free Niacin 500 mg tablets and I did not notice a difference in the way that I felt after taking it for about a week. I'm not sure if I would try this product again or if I would recommend it to anybody.

I like taking this supplement because it makes my skin soo much more healthier. The pill isn't too large and is very easy to swallow. I prefer the softgels over all other types of supplements.
