For those of you who cannot tolerate flushing from regular Niacin, these might be a solution since these are flush-fee. Nature Made Niacin Flush-Free softgels are so easy to swallow even though the pill size is not too small. It comes with 60 softgels in a bottle, 500 mg of Inositol Hexanicotinate per softgel, so when taking these once a day this bottle should last for about 2 months. I take this daily with food, once a day and have no issues taking these or any kind of side effects.

So I do definitely recommend these for a non flushing version. I did although give only 4 of 5 stars due to the size of the soft gel capsules. They are on the larger size.
