[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this brand of Niacin for years along with medication. The softgel pills are not hard to swallow & have no after taste. I've been places where I couldn't get this brand & had to substitute another brand. I can definitely tell a difference & don't like it. To me, these are the best.

On advice of my doctor to take Niacin, I started taking Nature Made Flush Free Niacin for years and had no side effects. One time it was not available and I asked a pharmacist what other product I could take and it was suggested to use a time release Niacin. I did take it and broke into a rash and flush, I stopped taking it. I found Nature Made and again took it without any side effects. Another time Nature Made was not available so I took another flush free brand and the flush and rash was so terrific I was about to head to the ER when the flush finally subsided. I will not take any other brand flush free Niacin and if Nature Made Flush Free is not available I will do without.

I kept getting a tingle sensation and red marks after taking this supplement. I did some research and determined I have a side effect that many people get with this supplement. Unfortunately I had to stop taking them but that does not mean the product isn't good. That was just my experience.

I felt more energized eating smaller meals, instead of feeling weighed down and tired after. I don't eat a lot of the foods that people find this is naturally, so this will stay in my morning vitamins forsure!
