[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is strong and so easy to use. I send gifts to my sister and her daughters in California often and this has made the packing so easy. It glides on with the holder and cuts so easy. Found I did not have to use a much as I previously did with the tape I had. It also is very clear so I could cover the mailing label as well. Easy to store with my other packing supplys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it alot because I ship about 15-20 packages from my home each week. I have tried other less expensive brands and it is just not worth the savings, I have returned them for cash or exchanged for Scotch every time. This is the best ever. It is strong, durable, goes on easy and TEARS easily and neatly when I want it too! It is well worth the extra cost to avoid the frustration from cheaper products. I won't use anything but Scotch, I have learned my lesson! Thanks for such a great product! And this is just one of many that I regularly use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape with Dispenser is a great product. I needed to send a large package across the country to my brother and I used this Heavy Duty tape and it worked great ! I had no concerns that there would be any problems with shipping. I know the tape would hold and I did not need to worry that the seams or corners could come open. The built in dispenser is a wonderful feature, makes it so easy to use. I would recommend this product. !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M gave me a free sample of this product. I usually buy this brand of tape because I feel it's the one that works best. This one is not the exception. It sticks really well and won't budge. I used it to seal some boxes I keep stored in the garage. It kept them tightly closed. Will keep buying this tape as soon as I run out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have been married for almost 38 years and have moved 22 times. I have tried different packing tape sometimes but always go back to a Scotch brand. The dispenser is wonderful, I don't have to ruin my finger nails trying to get scratch off the end piece that always sticks So, I go to the store and get my Scotch brand tape. I also have relatives and friends who live far away, so when I send their birthday or Christmas gifts I really depend on the scotch packaging tape. I have had such ease using Scotch brand tape and tell my relatives and friends about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Scotch Heavy duty packaging tape to mail a package and the dispenser does cut cleanly. As for super strong holding power the recipient of the package received what I shipped to her without any damage so,I would say it holds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M gave me a free sample of this product to evaluate. And I'm impressed! One of the biggest headaches for shipping a box, is knowing whether the tape you've used is going to survive the "box kickers" during its transit. No worries, with this Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping & Packaging Tape! With some super sticky backing, and strong base, I dare say this tape could even withstand a trip around the world, during the holidays, without having to worry about its ability to survive! Definitely recommended!!

I use this tape regularly and wont buy it again as I have had poor adhesion on boxes . I purchase new boxes and I make them use them and a week later the tape is curled up and completely seperated from the cardboard . The actual tape is stronger than other brands but the adhesive does not adhere to cardboard it must be some kind of enviormentally friendly garbage that does not stick . Give me some tape with chemicals that stick I dont care if its toxic I am not eating it .

Three ibuprofens and hour later, still struggling to figure out how to release beginning of tape roll so I could start using it. There was no tab to pull on end of tape to get it started. There were no directions on package, either. Finally put roll under bright light and examined. There is an INVISABLE perforation that needs to be broken and tape then released. There was no way to know this on the package.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from 3M to evaluate and want to thank them for the tape. I have used other 3M packing tapes and this is of the same quality as those. It is easy to use and strong enough to hold virtually any packing. I sealed boxes containing over 100 vinyl albums and this tape holds extremely well. Would recommend it for any packing requirements you may have. The dispenser makes the tape simple to use as it has a built-in cutter.
