We had a really hard time getting this to stick to moving boxes. We used all kinds of boxes, new and used from several brands, and had trouble getting the tape to stick to all of them. Maybe this was just an old batch or something but we were disappointed.

Scotch shipping tape is really the only brand I use. I tried others, but it’s excruciating painful to get them restarted if the tape resticks to the roll. Plus, the tape works extremely well. Buying in bulk means we never struggle to find the tape when we need it.

This used to be some really good tape and it’s my go to tape, but I bought some in store and I’m having a whole lot of trouble with this tape being sticky and actually doing what it’s supposed to do. And it feels thinner now. Is anyone else having that same problem? Next time I’ll try ordering again and see what happens.

The heavy-duty tape is thick and sturdy when dispensed, and especially sticky. The shipping tape dispenser is very easy to use but the serrated edge that cuts the tape is very sharp so be careful. For the purchase price and what you get, it's a great deal than buying it from your typical stores.

I use this packing tape for shipping boxes for my small business on an daily basis. Last time I ran out of this tape I purchased the cheaper off-brand to save money. I ended up throwing away the cheaper brand because it kept sticking together and getting tangled, costing me time and money in the long run. I re-purchased this tape and have had no such issues. I would recommend this tape over the cheaper brand, especially if you are a frequent shipper.

Scotch heavy Duty Packaging tape is the only tape Id buy for packages. The tape is easy to role on to seal boxes without a dispenser needed and they keep the pack sealed and shut for the entire trip. Two layers is usually good enough to get a tight seal around the package. I would not recommend using this tape to hang things on the wall as it might peel off you paint. I do use it for gift wrapping if I am out of normal tape. I use scissors to cut out the tape pieces. And you dont need as much as a small strip goes a Long way with these. ThIs also works well for crafts where glue just wont The four tape packages guarantees a long time use as well without having to go to the store soon. work as well. My daughter and I have used it on some craft situations. Overall, Scott heavy duty is the best tape we use For a variety of applications.

If you are looking for a really light weight tape for just dust protection in lightweight boxes, thisis not your tape. However, if you are looking for heavy sticking power f9r boxes you will be putting heavy things in for a long distance moving or long term storage, this is the tape you will want to buy. I have been packing boxes for 45 years and this is my go to tape when I need better strength and endurance.

I pack a lot of catalogs for people who expect their books to arrive safely. Wrapping the envelopes with shipping tape protects them from being delivered in a puddle. I have been wrapping like this for 6 years and have only had one complaint, that it was too hard to open the package, but even that person thanked me for packing so securely.

I bought this HEAVY DUTY tape for shipping boxes. Never mind the tape is backwards on the real, as I pulled my 1st piece, it tore! I'm not excessively strong and was in shock—that should not have happened with heavy duty tape. From there, it didn't stick well either. I used 3 or 4 times more tape than I normally would.

I keep these on hand for use to seal shipping boxes and for many other tasks. the tape is great, and the easy use dispenser is much preferred to the big rolls without the metal teethed cutting tool that is attached to each roll. This pack of multiple rolls is great. I never run out of tape now, and I have reorder this product from Sams many times.
