I make this on its own as a meal, but I use it mostly in cooking. Many crock pot meals use this soup as a base, as well as casseroles. It’s a versatile soup and ingredient and I always have it in my cabinet

Definitely one of my favorites to use in many dishes for which I add almond milk for thickness rather than dairy milk but broth or stock in any flavor also adds great flavor.

The only time I use these to cook or eat is for Thanksgiving and/or Christmas to make green bean casserole. It just adds so much flavor!!! It’s packed with sodium, but it’s soup in a can so what do you expect.

It’s a soup that grows on you. A very particular taste that may turn some off at the start. However, the more I ate it the better it began to taste. This Mushroom soup is definitely for the more adventurous.
