I LOVE Swanson Chicken Broth. No MSG. I'd rather have the cartons (which are also a good buy at Sam's) but this price is killer! Thank goodness for Sam's price on Swanson chicken broth so I always have this on hand. (I'm a little addicted to hot and sour soup and it has to have broth!)

Fantastic broth, fantastic bargain!

The cases came with the center cans dented really bad. I called the 800 number on the can and reported it. I don't think this is a Sams issue since the cardboard box and plastic on the case was not damaged. The second time I ordered these, one of the cans had a small puncture in  it, and had leaked into the cardboard, but did not come through plastic. I have called Swanson again.

Good product and great taste!
However Sam's club will pack an item so it gets dented! Every time almost every can good I order!
Why is it so hard for them to cushion the items or put them in smaller boxes.. So they don't bounce around.. And then hire drivers/FedEx how cares about anything in the way of customer service!
Better still, sell them in the club and I can get it myself..

Package was great. Great price, and great flavor. I'm happy that it's lower sodium and little ingredients. Perfect texture. My choice in broth.

I had to order this item from the.. Com!
Every can was bent, every can! How can a wshe that is supposed to be shipping products to customers not know to contain the product so it doesn't bounce around! Also how can Sam's club not use a company for shipping millions of dollars in goods for them yearly not find one that will do it so the customer service is correct! It's all about caring employees! It it is clear both do not have that going for them.
The broth is good. I just had to take it all out of the bent cans and freeze it so I don't die from Sam's clubs lack of customer service!

Bent cans is what you will get if shipped.

I use a lot of chicken broth but not as much as what is in a carton. Once you open the carton you have to use it quickly. I’m always looking for the cans and was so glad when I saw that I could order them from Sam’s even if they were not in the store!
