The outcome in all cases was slightly elevated due to the broth! Really delicious stuff. Will always keep a carton in my cupboard.

Nothing beats my home made chicken stock or broth, made in my crockpot. However - this is a really good stand in, if I don’t have any. I wish it was a little stronger flavored, but it’s a minor thing. The Swanson Chicken Broth has nice flavor and isn’t salty! You don’t need unseen salt being added where you aren’t expecting it. Horraay! Which to me is important because most store bought stuff is either too sweet or too salty, in my opinion. Swanson’s has a nice golden bronze color and works well as a water replacement (or enhancer) in recipes- I use it most commonly when I make rice. But I also use for sauces and such things- I use it instead of water wherever I can, because it brings more flavor to your dishes.

I was super excited that I recieved this box so I can review it and to also whip up a tasty recipe. I made brocoli and cheese soup and used Swanson chicken broth as my base and it came out delicious as usual. This will always be my go to broth.

So I received the chicken broth #complimentary from Influenster and it came right in time, and wanted to make a potato soup and I needed some chicken broth. I absolutely love Swanson’s chicken broth because it has so much great flavors and it definitely gave my potato soup some great flavors.

Everything tasted so much more fresher. the meat was so much more moist, soft and easy to chew. The vegetables were so soft and you barely had to bite them they were very soft and melted in your mouth. We will certainly be using Swansons broth only when we make STEW. I definitely recommend Swansons and only Swansons.
