chicken pieces explode when heating

The pieces of chicken explode after minimal time in microwave, making a huge mess and wasting an entire can of soup. I have a weak microwave, heat in 90 second increments and it still explodes.

Not good for office lunch

Its not a pop top so you need a can opener which is a hassle and not good for eating on the go. Taste is bland but i add extra salt and its fine for canned soup.
