my complaint.....I purchase this creamer in the 11kg size all the time but it seems each one is filled differently for instance the container #5335589010 was completely filled were the new one I just opened this morning #5357589010 looked like it was about 1/2 cup less!

I have loved the taste of coffee mate for years, it has been the only creamer I would use. You have done something to it, now it is undrinkable. It has a gross burnt-plastic taste now. I noticed the change in other brands before, and that is why I switched to only using coffee mate. Now I will have to find something else. Please change it back, I really loved it before!

We have used coffee mate original powder for years in my house and something is terribly wrong with it now! It has a sweet, coconuty, gross flavor. We usually buy the 1.4kg containers and the one that tastes bad has a distinct smell and it's the taste in the coffee. I found an older container (the label is different on the new one as well) and opened it and it tastes fine and smells fine! I hope this isn't a permanent change, as we will definitely have to change brands! Because whatever this is, is absolutely awful!

Would give zero stars if I could. Changed ingredients. Why change something that people loved and enjoyed with their coffee? This is NOT The Original Powder Coffee Creamer. It has a vanilla nutty taste. Will be returning product and not buy again. Lost a loyal customer.

First - coffee is just a given in our house, for 30 years. In recent history, coffemate comes with a nasty gooey film on top of the coffee - sticks to the inside of my lid - its gross. Is this temporary due to ingredient issues? Photos are every cup, stir/dont stir - same result

I've been a fan of Coffee mate for years, I understand you have a manufacturing plant here in the Philippines, but a few years back I noticed that the taste has drastically changed, so much so that I now buy only US made Coffee mate in 1.5kg which to me still closely resembles the original taste. Do you use a different formula in your Philippine version because to me it tastes too strong and masks the coffee flavor in a way the original does not. Also may I know if there's a way to detect fake Coffee mate from the genuine product. I understand that there's fake coffee mate being sold here that tries to pass off as from the US

I have also used coffee mate for at least 35 years! There is some sort of change it tastes nasty and does not mix well leave rings in the cup. It reminds me of drywall mud. Why resolving this issue? Everyone think is the same thing. Last purchase I will make.

I buy my Coffee Mate Original creamer from Publix in Pace, FL. I'm 60 and I have been using coffee mate my entire life. I took many containers of it on my submarine when I served in the navy. I still carry packets when I travel. On 23 FEB 2022, I purchased 2 value size, opened one and immediately noticed it's a different powder. This stuff is yellowish and not white. It's grainy and not a fine powder. My first cup left a film around the coffee cup because it didn't mix as well like the original. And the worst part is that it doesn't have the same creamy flavor. If you are substituting this product because of a logistics issue due the the economy, stop doing it. You will lose me as a customer. I will finish this stuff, but if I buy more and it's the same, I will be seriously looking for a new product. I'm not including a pic because I just saw a review with a pic and it's apparent they got some of the same stuff I did.

I'm a coffeeholic that's been using a LOT of Coffeemate powdered creamer every day for years now. I thought trans-fats were banned a long time ago but realized today that the second ingredient is HYDROGENATED oils. That's trans-fats, right?! And it's so deceptive that on here it says there's no trans-fats. Is that why the "serving size" of 2 grams is WAY less than anyone actually uses in a cup of coffee, to keep the grams of trans-fats small enough to not have to declare it? Is that the same reason the second ingredient in the "fat free" version (that also has its second ingredient as hydrogenated oils) has the minuscule 2 gram serving size also? As far as I'm aware, there's no such thing as fat free oil, right? Please tell me I'm all wrong and restore my faith again in your company!

This tub of coffee mate is absolutely disgusting. Either youve changed the ingredients of this "original" product or the batch is bad. Three servings from a tub and the rest is going in the garbage, what a waste of money. In 17 years of consuming this product I have never tasted anything so gross. I also had a stomach ache after each consumption.
