I've been purchasing coffemate powder forever. Recently I purchased a tub with an Original tag on it. When opening it I could smell vanilla, and when in my coffee I could taste it. I thought they made a mistake by labeling in the wrong powder. I threw it out, a real waste of money, because a premium brand is not cheap. So I purchased another one, original tag but same result Vanilla taste... again waste of money. I don't know if this a quality control issue, or some sort of marketing ploy.., but I'm not purchasing another tub again, I'd rather purchase a cheaper generic brand at least theirs taste closer to coffemate's Original taste the what Nestlé is peddling now. One star because I can't select no star.

Have used and liked Coffemate powdered creamer for years. Can't say the same for the cannister I opened a few days ago. The powder has a distinct flavor change as you swallow a sip of coffee, a flavor change that is not what it should taste like. Some ingredient has changed! There is a definite off-flavor, rather like a different oil being used. Using different ingredients because of pandemic shortages of original ingredients? I'm not enjoying my coffee anymore!!

I have had the same experience as many of the reviewers. My wife and I are die hard coffee mate users and have not used anything else for years. Recently, it tastes like the cheap imitation version. I hope you can get it fixed. I would and have given the product and excellent rating and definitely would and have recommended to a friend, but not with the change

My husband has been using your the original brand of coffee mate and now you can't find the one with the wafer on it. The new one taste like hazel nut and is absolutely disgusting, we have bought many containers thinkingit was the same but was very disappointed. We have unfortunately switched brands now. Please bring back the original flavor and get rid of the hazel nut.

First - coffee is just a given in our house, for 30 years. In recent history, coffemate comes with a nasty gooey film on top of the coffee - sticks to the inside of my lid - its gross. Is this temporary due to ingredient issues? Photos are every cup, stir/dont stir - same result

I have lived off of the old coffeemate - french vanilla mostly since they've changed I've gone generic rather than use this. It's not at all tasty and takes an awful lot to make your drink creamy and the flavor is not at all good. I have had to get creative in my substitution. I won't be buying this at all. I don't know why folks have to go and change something that was a staple and that everyone was already happy with. I mean don't replace it; leave the old and try the new but to replace it was just not smart in my opinion because now I won't buy it at all.

Something has changed. I buy 12 of the 1.4kg containers each month, and since the label changed with any expiring After 2023, the flavour also changed. It now has a strong vanilla or hazelnut taste and I can no longer buy this product. It destroys the taste of the coffee. I've made so many trips back and forth to stores returning the bad creamer and searching for older containers instead, which nowhere has anymore. I'm extremely angry about this too.

It tastes awful. There is no mentioned that it was changed. It is gross tasting. I used to use coffee mate in my coffee, I loved the tast but now, I can't drink it. Not sure why you change it, it was fine. This is the coke story all over again. It was fine the way it was and then someone decided to change it. Get that person out the door and start making it the way it used to be please. Not buying it until it is back.

I have been a long time coffee mate drink in both my coffee and tea.. and indeed have thoroughly enjoyed it. However, the favour has been changing drastically over the past few years, along with the colour and texture. It takes a lot more to give me that creamy rich flavour I've come to love. Though for now it's still the best I can find and wish you would bring back the original composition, I resign to say I may have to look elsewhere.

my complaint.....I purchase this creamer in the 11kg size all the time but it seems each one is filled differently for instance the container #5335589010 was completely filled were the new one I just opened this morning #5357589010 looked like it was about 1/2 cup less!
