I'm a coffeeholic that's been using a LOT of Coffeemate powdered creamer every day for years now. I thought trans-fats were banned a long time ago but realized today that the second ingredient is HYDROGENATED oils. That's trans-fats, right?! And it's so deceptive that on here it says there's no trans-fats. Is that why the "serving size" of 2 grams is WAY less than anyone actually uses in a cup of coffee, to keep the grams of trans-fats small enough to not have to declare it? Is that the same reason the second ingredient in the "fat free" version (that also has its second ingredient as hydrogenated oils) has the minuscule 2 gram serving size also? As far as I'm aware, there's no such thing as fat free oil, right? Please tell me I'm all wrong and restore my faith again in your company!

This tub of coffee mate is absolutely disgusting. Either youve changed the ingredients of this "original" product or the batch is bad. Three servings from a tub and the rest is going in the garbage, what a waste of money. In 17 years of consuming this product I have never tasted anything so gross. I also had a stomach ache after each consumption.

I grew up with Nestle's Carnation CoffeeMate in my coffee and thoroughly enjoyed it for at minimum 50+ years. The bad part is, about 1 1/2 years ago, I noticed a drastic difference in color and flavor of the creamer when added to coffee. I used to add 1 heaping teaspoon along with sugar to my steeping hot cup of coffee and it was always spot on. I now have to add 2 heaping teaspoons to my coffee and the color and CoffeeMate flavor is simply not there. Absolutely no other creamer is comes close to CoffeeMate and I would hate to change over a recipe glitch. I sincerely hope you all revert to the recipe from several years ago.

For the first time ever I purchased a Coffemate coffee creamer that was bad. Didn't think it was possible. I was clearly wrong. Product looked normal but when added to coffee it didn't change the color of the coffee and tasted off. I was very disappointed. Very frustrating. Product quality assurance no longer a guarantee.

I thought it was just me who noticed this ridiculous change. I bought a canister and I thought there was something wrong with my taste. Then I went to a small store that has old stock, and noticed a difference in the list of ingredients and also that it does not list how much sugar one consumes per serving. Tossing out 4 canisters I bought of the new variety. I'll check out the No Name and Equate brands once this is done. Nestlé, this is a huge fail! Why ruin a good thing?

The new flavor of coffee mate has put me off the product altogether..it tastes too sweet and has less of the good Coffee Mate flavour. It now has a sickly sweet smell and is too much like caramel or vanilla (probably due to the turmeric and syrups) but darn, I have used Coffee Mate for some 30 years and now, it just makes me sad. I gave up sugar some time ago and have just used CM (yes, I know there is sugar in it), but it still had that good umami without the added sugar. Bring back the original formula! Please!

We have used this product for many years, and while it is still our preferred taste, we have noticed in the last couple of years that we have to put about twice as much in our coffee than we used to. Seems like an intentional recipe change so people have to buy more The price at the grocery store has also increased significantly. If I could find another product that would give the same flavor, I would switch because I can barely afford it anymore.

I have been adding powdered coffee mate to my tea for about 26years. I bought a coffee mate a week ago said original. I buy the big tubs. I couldn't figure out why my tea tasted terrible. Like flavour or sour milk. So very disappointing. I switched years ago because I had tea in my thermos and the milk went sour. I was in the middle of now where. So from that day on I used coffee mate. The new coffee mate reminded me of that day. Can you still bye the old version?

I have been a coffee mate user for a long time and loved it but I have just opened a new tub and I noticed straight away the consistency has changed but I dident think too much of it … until I tasted it, I'm not happy the taste has completely changed, it tastes like a cheep inferior brand that I could have bought from the bottom shelf of any supermarket.. I will definitely not be buying again.

Copy of: Too many people agree. Canadian people agree too That it tastes TERRIBLE! I use the liquid creamer everyday. My mother-in-law uses the powdered everyday. I've drank coffee w her powdered coffee mate, many times. I'm not sure if the product formula is changed, but maybe the packaging. It tastes "chemically"/"plasticy". One reviewer said his is drying up into dried out cakes in the container. If the formula hasn't changed-have the distributors changed that you get your ingredients from? That is a significant taste difference. The texture isn't right, either. If you order from a place that changed THEIR distributors, it can significantly change the taste & texture. I'm not Nestle, but if I were, I'd do some serious search into this. All of these people LOVED Coffee mate. They're not saying they're first time users. I'm not a first time user. Neither is my mother-in-law. It's a SIGNIFICANT TASTE DIFFERENCE.
