The cookies and cream flavor is a nice addition to the traditional flavor line up. Sugar content is a little high, but I like that there are no artificial sweeteners used in this product.

Great taste and great nutrition all in one. I highly recommend carnation instant breakfast to anyone that needs great nutrition in the morning or anytime. It’s a quick tasty drink that has the vitamins u need in the morning .
