It tasted like a chocolate milkshake but one that is healthy for me. So delicious. Very smooth, no aftertaste and from a brand I love and trust. I buy the vanilla and strawberry packages of Carnation Instant Breakfast for my husband and kids and they already love them, so now I am a happy customer as well. Gave me my chocolate fix I crave. Perfect blend of the cookies and cream. I am not a breakfast eater. This morning I decided to try it nice and chilled. I love that it is a healthy drink packed with protein and important nutrients to start my day since breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Great as a meal replacement also. I also love the size of the bottle and how convenient to keep at work. Highly recommended. Exceeded my expectations. I plan on picking more of these bottles up Friday. Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product in the rich milk chocolate flavor. The taste wasn't bad. However, it wasn't that good either. This tasted kinda powdery. I would describe this product as a beverage that taste like someone mixed powder with water and didn't mix it very well. Despite shaking the bottle vigorously, it just has an excess powder taste. With all that being said, it doesn't taste bad at all. I would drink it for the nutritional value alone.

The only reason I would consider buying would be because of the nutritional benefits it offers and it tasted very good. Also this product is very affordable for everything it offers.

Pediasure is all my granddaughter takes since she's special needs. Since the national shortage, can no longer find berry flavored. Tried Carnation Mixed Berries and she's tolerating very well. Her GI clinic is ok with it as the caloric intake is similar.
